During the year, Torres del Paine National Park has an unstable andean climate, with strong winds, especially in summer (december through february).
Average day temperature in summer is 12°C (54°F), with a low of 0.8°C (33°F) and a high of 23.5°C (75°F). Special clothes are recommended during your stay, as rainfall reaches 700 mm a year.
In the valley we find an andean weather, while on the heights temperature lowers due to the ice and snow. Of course, the seasons with the best weather are spring and summer, when the high reaches a comfortable 23,5°C (75°F). In winter, temperature lowers significantly, even reaching below-zero (below 32°F).
